Terms and Conditions

GENERAL

  • Grounded: Mind and Movement reserves the right to vary, add or eliminate from time to time the open and closing hours and scheduled classes.

  • Where personal item storage is provided all care and no responsibility is taken for items contained within storage facilities.

  • During scheduled class times there will be no individual training taking place.

PARTICIPANT RESPONSIBILITY

  • The participant will ensure they complete a pre-exercise questionnaire and waiver to hand to trainer before commencing their first session.

  • Participants must not carry out any illegal acts in the facility and must comply with the health and safety requirements.

  • Participant carries out any activity which Grounded: Mind and Movement or staff consider offensive or dangerous to you or another person, management reserve the right to require you to leave immediately. This may also result in cancellation of membership and non-refundable class packages.

  • Participants are aware that photography may occur during sessions and give permission for this to be used for marketing purposes that may include but not limited to flyers, newsletters, social media and company website.

CLASSES AND PACKAGES

  • All classes and packages are non-refundable.

  • You can cancel and/or reschedule a class but only up to 12 hours before the class begins.

  • 5-Class Packages expire 90 days (3 months) from purchase date.

  • 10-Class Packages expire 180 days (6 months) from purchase date.

MEMBERSHIPS

  • Payment Methods. Your Grounded: Mind and Movement membership will continue and automatically renew until terminated. To access your Grounded membership benefits, you must provide us with one or more Payment Methods. "Payment Method" means a current, valid, accepted method of payment, as may be updated from time to time and which may include payment through your account with a third party. You must cancel your membership before it renews in order to avoid billing of the membership fees for the next billing cycle to your Payment Method (see "Cancellation" below).

  • Billing Cycle. Membership fees are fully earned upon payment and cycles are billed monthly. In some cases your payment date may change, for example if your Payment Method has not successfully settled or if your paid membership began on a day not contained in a given month.

  • Failed Charges. When a charge fails your membership will be canceled and you will be emailed the emailed with the reason for the failure listed at the top. From here you can go to the subscription management page to update your credit card and reactivate your membership. Any owed payment on the subscription will be charged within about an hour of the subscription reactivation, sending you Subscription Paid confirmation email.

  • Payment Methods. To access your Grounded membership you must provide one or more Payment Methods. You authorise us to charge any Payment Method associated to your account in case your primary Payment Method is declined or no longer available to us for payment of your subscription fee. You remain responsible for any uncollected amounts. If a payment is not successfully settled, due to expiration, insufficient funds, or otherwise, and you do not cancel your account, we may suspend your access until we have successfully charged a valid Payment Method. For some Payment Methods, the issuer may charge you certain fees, such as foreign transaction fees or other fees relating to the processing of your Payment Method. Check with your Payment Method service provider for details.

  • Updating your Payment Methods. You can update your Payment Methods by logging into your client account on our bookings page, click on the membership, then click change next to the current credit card on file to change the credit card on your subscription. Click Update Card Info to save this information. Following any update, you authorise Grounded to continue to charge the applicable Payment Method(s).

  • Cancellation. You can cancel your Grounded membership at any time, and you will continue to have access to the studio through the end of your billing period. You can cancel your membership using the link provided in our emails, or logging into your account on our bookings page. You can also view all of your past payments.

  • Changes to the Price and Membership Plans. We reserve the right to change our membership plans or adjust pricing for our service or any components thereof in any manner and at any time as we may determine in our sole and absolute discretion. Except as otherwise expressly provided for in these Terms and Conditions, any price changes or changes to your membership plan will take effect following notice to you.

  • No Refunds. Payments are nonrefundable and there are no refunds or credits for partially used periods. Following any cancellation, however, you will continue to have access to the service through the end of your current billing period. At any time, and for any reason, we may provide a refund, discount, or other consideration to some or all of our members ("credits"). The amount and form of such credits, and the decision to provide them, are at our sole and absolute discretion. The provision of credits in one instance does not entitle you to credits in the future for similar instances, nor does it obligate us to provide credits in the future, under any circumstance.
