Mandy Lord
As the founder of Grounded, fitness has always been a life passion for Mandy. In recent years, her focus has shifted toward longevity, helping people improve and increase their health-span is what she’s all about. For over two decades she has been helping others discover courage within themselves, becoming better versions of who they are while empowering them with the tools and knowledge to ensure an active and positive lifestyle.
