Guided meditation courses invoked and led by Grounded. The purpose is to achieve mental, emotional and physical healing and stress relief. Meditation increases calmness, clarity and promotes overall gratitude and happiness. Retreats also coming soon!

Running builds strong bones, a strong heart and healthy lungs. Our running group aims to keep you motivated and hold you accountable about showing up for the team. All levels are welcome—no runner left behind.
